The Musical Theatre Intensive is a cutting-edge, two-week course providing rigorous musical theatre training anchored in the core belief of Triple Threat Performing Arts Academy, that young artists are able to receive the highest quality training in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Combining industry-leading professionals with Triple Threat’s top-tier teachers, the Musical Theatre Intensive is a one-of-a-kind experience that integrates performance with training in acting and dance techniques; ensemble singing; solo coaching and song interpretation; and effective audition techniques.
The two-week Intensive will culminate with a showcase highlighting full-group musical numbers featuring the greatest moments in American Musical Theatre History, solo performances by all artists, as well as an exploration of the techniques learned throughout the Intensive.
Designed for high school students (incoming freshman to recently graduated seniors) who may be looking to pursue Musical Theatre at the University or professional level, the Musical Theatre Intensive immerses students into a deeper, more precise understanding of their abilities and development as young artists.
